1 tortilla
1 oz cheddar cheese,
sliced or shredded
3 oz garlic bulgur wheat
1 Leaf romaine or green
leaf lettuce
3oz Leftover cooked
chicken breast
Put cheese, meat and
garlic bulgur wheat on wrap, warm in toaster or conventional oven for 2
minutes, add lettuce and wrap.
