Wraps are a great
way to eat healthy for less.
By preparing and
taking your meals with you, you have a better chance of avoiding poor
eating choices. Below are some easy to assemble wrap recipes.

1 tortilla
1 oz cheddar cheese, sliced or shredded
3 oz garlic bulgur wheat
1 Leaf romaine or green leaf lettuce
Choice of sliced veggies - onions, peppers,
carrots, mushrooms, cucumber, tomatoes (if using cucumber or tomatoes, be
sure to cut out or remove seeds and wash and paper towel dry before using in
wrap, to decrease moisture)
Put cheese and garlic bulgur wheat on wrap,
warm in toaster or conventional oven for 2 minutes, add lettuce, sliced
veggies and wrap.
